Documentation

Guides and best practices to launch, operate, and scale on Bhogi, from setup and catalog to payments and analytics.

Getting Started

Welcome to Bhogi Commerce. This section helps new users onboard quickly: set up your account, add your first products, take orders and review how your store is performing. Work through the guides in order, or jump straight to the topic you need.

  • Create your account and choose your business type
  • Add products, images and pricing to your catalog
  • Configure how you accept payments
  • Review orders and reports as sales come in

Initial Setup

Set up your account, choose your business type, and configure initial preferences such as your store details and how you plan to sell, online, in store or both. You can revisit these settings at any time as your business grows.

Platform Features

  • One-click product listing
  • Wholesale & retail mode
  • Storefront customization

See the full list on the platform features page.

Integrations

Connect with marketplaces and social media channels so you can manage listings from a single catalog. See Integrations for the marketplaces you can connect.

Uploading Media

Add high-quality images, videos, and banners to showcase your products. Uploaded media is kept in one library so you can reuse it across products and pages.

  • Use clear, well-lit photos on a plain background
  • Keep image proportions consistent across a collection
  • Describe each image so shoppers using screen readers understand it

Product Management

Manage SKUs, variants, pricing, inventory, and status from a centralized panel. Keep one product record for every channel, so updates to price or stock are reflected wherever you sell.

Orders & Payments

Track incoming orders, manage invoices, and configure payment gateways. Filter orders by date and status to keep fulfilment moving.

Analytics

Visual dashboards and downloadable reports help monitor store performance, from sales by channel to your best-selling products.

User Roles

Invite staff and assign roles so each team member has the access they need, from the billing counter to the back office.
